Define
First think, then do. Together with you, we draw up a clear plan, in function of your company goals. We test new ideas. Together we build a vision about the future of your company and how IT can support this. We fix the priorities of all the crucial IT projects. We resume this vision, with all the project goals, in a project charter, which will be our guide throughout our collaboration.
Design
When the thinking has been done, we look for the best IT solution for you. Is a package appropriate, or is tailor-made software necessary? What is your infrastructure today and which applications are you using? Can we elaborate a project in different phases? The answers to all those questions constitute a detailed plan of the solution. This includes of course a detailed estimate of your investment.
Develop
4D Vision guarantees efficient software development. We implement the chosen package, or develop tailor-made software. We always make sure that the solution integrates without any problems with your existing infrastructure and applications. Approved software libraries and modern tools reduce considerably the project time, even when it concerns tailor made software.
Deploy
We stay with you until everything works. We install the new application, convert the old data and train the users. We guide them through until they are familiar with the new application. Also afterwards, we are always available for system support. Besides, if necessary, we can help you with the organisation of your own IT department, as long as we book results together.
